The Joint Commissioner of Police (Coordination) is the Ex-officio President of the Society. The remaining (10) members of the committee are elected.

Once in every month the Managing Committee meeting will be conducted with the permission of the president and all the transactions of the successive month ie. New admissions, Withdrawals of membership/deposit, Expenditure and payment of the loans etc., will be discussed and finalized in the M C Meeting.

Expenditure

According to requirements of the Society general expenditure ie. Stationery, postal etc. will be kept in the M.C. Meeting for approval.

Credits

All the payments ie. Loans, Withdrawal amounts, Staff salaries, Interest on thrift deposit, Scholarship to meritorious children of members and M.C. Conveyance etc. will be credited though NEFT. (National Electronic Fund Transfer) after scrutinizing by the staff and Managing Committee and after taking approval from the Managing Committee.
