Any Police working in the areas covered by Hyderabad City Police can become member of the Society. The prescribed application form for membership can be had from the society on request. The membership application for admission has to be sent to the Secretary along with a Demand Draft or local Cheque in favor of the Society for 1500/- towards Share Capital 1000/- (10 shares of 100/- each) and 500/- towards the entrance fees. The entrance fees may be varied based on the remaining service.

No member shall be permitted to withdraw his membership within a period of 3 years unless he leaves the company service within this period. Any member who wants to withdraw his membership on account of his retirement from the Company or on leaving the employment has to send a written request addressed to the Secretary.
